Carrier:

We ship using the most appropriate carrier for the task at hand. Typically this means the Danish postal services PostNord or DHL Express. Within Europe other carriers are occasionally used.

Handling time:

We ship once a week. Usually this is every Friday. For special arrangements, please contact us.

Shipping time:

Shipping time varies based on buyer's country and shipping location. 

 

PostNord typically delivers the package to your country in 6-10 business days, after which additional time must be added for the customs clearing process and domestic delivery.

It is not uncommon for packages sent to the US to arrive in about 10 days, however external factors can create delays. Currently the Corona-virus pandemic is creating extensive delays in international shipping.

All goods are shipped from Viborg, Denmark.

 

If you are picking up an item from us, the address will be provided to you.

Pickup can be arranged from Viborg or Aarhus.

It is important to us that you have a good experience when shopping with us. Nobody likes nasty surprises! That is why we take great care in describing our items thoroughly to make sure that any flaws they may have are clear to you.

 

We only accept a returns if the items you receive do not match the description and photos on the listing.
