These smoke-coloured glasses were designed as part of the Viol (Violet) series by Jacob Eiler Bang for Holmegaard, a series that was produced between 1928 and 1940. Bang was one of the foremost iconic Danish glassmakers of this time, and this art deco pieces are nothing short of enchanting.
These stunning coupes were designed as dessert glasses (isglas in Danish).
Though today, these glasses would excel just as easily used as cocktail glasses or champagne coupes.
